Can I get my BBQ delivered to me?


Unfortunately at this moment we do not offer delivery on our products through our online portal. If you were to come into store we would be more than happy to work out the delivery of your BBQ. In the near future we allow customers to purchase online and pick up in store or have their BBQ assembled and delivered.




If I decide to get my BBQ assembled how long does it take to build before I can pick it up?


Please allow for 2-3 business days for our team to build your BBQ. We will send you an email once the BBQ has been fully assembled. If you would like it to be assembled sooner than the 2-3 business day window, please contact us at 604-534-6520 and we will do what we can to accomodate your request.




If I order my BBQ online unassembled, how long does it take until I can pick it up in store?


First you will receive an email once your order has been placed. Please wait until you receive a second email saying that your order has been confirmed and fulfilled and ready for pickup in store.




Does your store sell parts for my BBQ?


We sell a wide variety of parts in store, mainly for the brands we sell, which include Weber, Broil King, Napoleon, and Traeger. We do however carry some universal parts that might fit your BBQ. Either swing by our store (20427 Douglas Crescent, Langley) with your part and we will do our best to match it up or give us a call at 604-534-6520.




Can I buy any of my items online through your website?


You will be able to add items to your checkout cart to see what your total would be including tax, but unfortunately at this point in time we are not setup to accept online payments. This is a feature that will be launched shortly.
